I confess.... that I am pretty sure I am 80 years old sometimes! I need to be asleep by 10pm at the latest during the week (so not exciting I know). Sometimes I am ready to go to bed even earlier! We get up at 5:30am and going to sleep any later just doesn't work for me. I am not one of those people that can go on 5 hours a night - I can do that for one maybe two nights then that's it. I get so so cranky when I am tired.
